Countryside Veterinary Hospital and Kennel has provided boarding services since 1972. We provide a home away from home for cats, dogs, small mammals, birds and many other pets throughout Tompkins and Cortland counties, including: Cortland, Dryden, Freeville, Groton, Homer, Ithaca, Lansing, Little York, Locke, Marathon, McGraw, McLean, Moravia, Preble, Scott, Solon, Truxton, Virgil, and the surrounding areas.
**We reserve the right to refuse admittance of any animal showing aggression. Fear or territorial aggressive animals WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to board for our staff's safety.**
Dog Boarding
Countryside has indoor/outdoor runs of two sizes for your dog while vacationing with us. We have double indoor-outdoor runs (6 x 5 ft inside, 6 x 12 ft outside) and single indoor-outdoor runs (3 x 5 ft inside, 3 x 10 ft outside). Would you like additional walks in the country with your dog? Just request additional leash walks upon admit. Does your pet need medication administered? Cat Boarding
Our kitty condos are in a separate quiet, cozy area of the facility. We provide a lot of natural light for our cats to enjoy watching birds and relaxing. Countryside has double (45 x 36 in) and single kitty condos (28 x 22 in) for your purrfect feline. Our guest care staff is trained to give medication to our kitty friends as well. Birds and Exotics Boarding
We know pets come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Our guest care staff is trained to care for a variety of pets. We will care for your birds, rabbits, ferrets, small mammals and pocket pets. Most exotic animals prefer to be in their own cage, so we require you to bring your cage, food, and bedding from home. Thursday = Noon to 3:30pm
Saturday = 10 to 11:30am

Saturday = 9 to 10am
